Tim manages our Tax department. His previous experience includes employment with the international accounting firms of Grant Thornton and Arthur Andersen. During his career, Tim has assisted clients in a number of business and tax issues, including IRS audits, merger & acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, liquidations, and business valuations, among others.

Tim is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati.

Tony manages our accounting and auditing department.  Tony has the ability to work with and understand the needs of both the CFO of a large company and the bookkeeper of a small family business.  Tony also has a wide range of experience in a variety of industries.

Tony received his undergraduate degree from the University of Toledo and his master's degree from Xavier University.

Brian has over 14 years of experience in the public and private accounting profession.  He assists clients with a broad range of accounting and taxation needs, including ares involving their accounting software.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of CPAs.  On a personal note, Brian enjoys spending time with his two daughters and coaching soccer.

Brian is a graduate of Wilmington College.

Teresa manages our payroll and accounting software department.  Her previous experience includes employment with the accounting firm Clark, Schaeffer, Hackett & Co. and as a controller in local industry.  Teresa has 10 years of experience working with QuickBooks accounting software and is certified as a QuickBooks Proadvisor.  She has been certified as both a Certified Payroll Specialist and a professional bookkeeper by NACPB and Certified Payroll Professional by the American Payroll Association.  Teresa has assisted many clients with payroll, payroll tax audits and labor law compliance issues.  She has assisted clients with maximizing their effectiveness of their computerized accounting systems.
